Often a source of complexes, scars on the face or body, like post-traumatic or post-surgical scars can be erased by the Erbium YAG laser, and the CO2 laser. Wherever they are, whatever the type of the scars, (post-surgical, post-traumatic or even from accidental injuries, acne), today those ugly marks can be erased or at least much reduced.

In order to optimize the results according to the type of the scars, the Parisian laser center has three laser techniques:

• The Erbium YAG laser
• The CO2 laser, continuous or fractional
• Or even a combination of the two lasers to smooth and stimulate skin renewal

The objective of laser treatments against scars is:
To gradually erase and eliminate the scar tissue of the face or the body while stimulating  skin renewal.

According to the state of the skin, your skin colour, the size or the depth of the scar, the doctor will tell you the number of sessions necessary to get the best results. Usually, in order to efficiently treat the entire scar, the treatment requires 1 to 3 sessions every 3 weeks. In each session, the doctor controls the evolution of the scar to adapt the treatment if necessary. This laser technique is also very efficient in the treatment of wrinkles and fine lines, stretch marks, acne marks, warts…
